What you will be doingInvoicingGenerating and sending out invoices to customers for goods or services rendered. Recording TransactionsLogging all transactions related to accounts receivable accurately and promptly in the accounting system.Customer CommunicationContacting customers regarding outstanding payments, payment reminders, and resolving any billing issues.Payment ProcessingReceiving and processing payments from customers, including checks, credit card payments, and electronic transfers.ReconciliationMatching payments received with outstanding invoices, ensuring all payments are accounted for correctly.Aging ReportsGenerating and analyzing reports that show the aging of accounts receivable (how long invoices have been outstanding).CollectionsFollowing up with customers on overdue invoices, negotiating payment plans, and initiating collection efforts if necessary.Credit ManagementAssessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, setting credit limits, and monitoring credit terms.ReportingProviding regular reports to management on the status of accounts receivable, cash flow projections, and bad debt reserves.Maintaining RecordsKeeping accurate records of all transactions, communications, and collections efforts.What you need for the roleAttention to DetailCommunication SkillsOrganizational SkillsAnalytical SkillsAccounting KnowledgeSoftware Proficiency: Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.What can you expectCompetitive salaryNo dress codePet-friendly (as long as your pet is friendly)Multiple online training opportunitiesCultural events and wellness activities at Locations.
