What the role is The Country Finance Analyst is responsible for managing the outstanding invoices a company has or and ensuring timely payment from customers.
What you will be doing Invoicing Generating and sending out invoices to customers for goods or services rendered.
Recording Transactions Logging all transactions related to accounts receivable accurately and promptly in the accounting system. Customer Communication Contacting customers regarding outstanding payments, payment reminders, and resolving any billing issues. Payment Processing Receiving and processing payments from customers, including checks, credit card payments, and electronic transfers. Reconciliation Matching payments received with outstanding invoices, ensuring all payments are accounted for correctly. Aging Reports Generating and analyzing reports that show the aging of accounts receivable (how long invoices have been outstanding). Collections Following up with customers on overdue invoices, negotiating payment plans, and initiating collection efforts if necessary. Credit Management Assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, setting credit limits, and monitoring credit terms. Reporting Providing regular reports to management on the status of accounts receivable, cash flow projections, and bad debt reserves. Maintaining Records Keeping accurate records of all transactions, communications, and collections efforts.
