You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure quality deliverables. Our challenge is to keep the client's business running while we evolve its technology platform and product.
As this team is going to be a global team, working on the client's core business, we are looking for someone with high ownership and accountability, a team player, and positively collaborative and communicative. Someone who feels comfortable challenging the status quo and takes an active role in driving the product forward with a delivery mindset and thrives when empowered with autonomy.
Responsibilities: - Be an integral part of the cross-functional team, actively contributing towards development of test strategy, tools, and services.
- Plan, create, test and maintain Continuous Integration pipelines to manage the software development lifecycle.
- Design and create automated test cases to address business and technical use cases.
- Work closely with other quality teams to ensure that standards are maintained and improved.
- Assist in the development of junior team members.
- You will from time to time be required to undertake other duties of a similar nature as reasonably required by your line manager commensurate with the nature and level of the role.
Requirements for this challenge: - Proven experience in Manual Testing of Web Applications UI and API QA
- Knowledge of Power BI as an advanced user or QA is mandatory
- Experience in formulating, managing and executing manual test plans
- Regression testing
- E2E Testing
- Web Security and Non-functional testing in general
- NoSQL and Relational Databases (stored procedures, e.g.)
- Experience with Programming Languages (Java / Python will be a plus)
- Some experience with Automation on Web Applications UI and API QA
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium/Cucumber and Cypress
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in English
Nice to Have: - Previous experience in data projects acting as QA
- Have already structured automated tests from scratch, considering the test pyramid concept
