About the Position As a JavaScript Engineer on the Prospect Solutions team, you'll be helping prospects (future customers) to improve the search experiences within their websites. Your specific responsibilities will include:
Writing JavaScript, and Node scripts to gather data to train our AI Helping prospects to integrate their data and UI with our services (ETL & front-end) Answering technical questions from prospects about our services Validating prospects' data and the quality of results returned by our services Supporting teammates with thorough and thoughtful code reviews Building dashboards and alerts with React, Redux, Node, and Elasticsearch Implementing and testing new features in our JavaScript UI libraries and REST clients Coordinating with other teams to prioritize prospect needs Contribute to our open-sourced repositories on GitHub A minimum of three years of professional experience or relevant academic experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills English on C1 level (CEFR) or higher Located in or between GMT and GMT+2 timezones Being able to attend regular meetings with Americas-based teammates between 2 and 8 pm GMT Strong foundation and experience with server-side and client-side JavaScript Enjoys interacting with customers and solving new problems daily Able to pick up new technologies and design patterns quickly and loves learning them Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Vue or Angular Experience with CSS and an eye for user experience Experience with automated tests - e.g. Cypress, Jest, or React Testing Library Nice to have - TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, Storybook, Python, web scraping experience and German language ?????
