About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, and tenacious person who can help us build the Italian market. As a Business Development Manager for the Italian Market, you'll report to our Head of Growth and you will be responsible for setting sustainable partnerships with key stakeholders and representing the company within the local media. Ultimately, your goal will be to start the foundations for sustainable development until it reaches top-of-mind status in the industry.
What do we expect from you?
Strategize, design and implement the local growth strategy by analyzing market insights and leveraging local opportunities; Build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders such as short-term rental companies, hotels, and the whole hospitality industry; Constantly improve the sales cycle by improving internal procedures; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing and Front-end; Be the face of the company in the Market you lead. Requirements:
+3 years of work in Sales, Business Development or similar areas; Successful track record of obtaining and over-achieving goals in previous roles; Native Italian and fluent in English; Hospitality sector experience is appreciated; Experience working in a start-up environment is valued.
