Italian Customer Support (Remote Work)

Remote Work - Equipment provided Start Date: 01/05/2024 Responsibilities : Assist Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting. Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality. Provide accurate and real-time responses to the customers inquiries. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
