Daily, you'll be facilitating innovation through technology, helping to evaluate new market trends and digital capabilities. You'll be combining the bank and customer needs and cutting-edge technologies to create new services and technological solutions that adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Help to develop working prototypes, from ideation to deployment, that can help to test and validate new business ideas and customer needs, using cutting-edge technologies and tools and best-practices.
- Maintain technology awareness and a forward-looking vision on the evolution of the market and technologies, making recommendations for new solutions and services within the organization.
- Work in conjunction with the Architecture teams to leverage existing tech stack in the group and prepare homologation of new technologies to enter the stack.
Education: Engineering degree or similar STEAM qualification.
Technical requirements: - Proficient in Python, Java, SQ and Mongo DB
- Familiarity with HTML, Javascript, Angular Framework.
- Familiarity with Developers tools such as Github, Docker, Nexus, SonarQube.
- Familiarity with Public Cloud (Azure is ideal, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Good understanding of Cloud Native application design
- Knowledge of micro-service architecture patterns are a plus
- Knowledge of event driven architecture patterns are a Plus
Soft Skills: - Eager to learn, inquisitive, adaptable, collaborative, versatile
- Good Analytic and organization skills
- Able to communicate well and to simplify complex concepts
- knowledge of Lean Startup Methods is a plus
- Good English Knowledge (Written and Spoken)
- Spanish Language knowledge (Written and Spoken) is valued.
