Details – Hospitality, Sports & Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports & Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal, being responsible for managing the main hotel units, located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.Further information available at https://www.details.net/Due to the company's continual growth, Details intends to select: IT Service and Project ManagementKey Responsibilities:Develop the IT service management and project management teams to ensure effective delivery of IT services and projects.Structure, implement, and refine IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) to improve the delivery of IT services and customer satisfaction.Support and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring projects meet quality, time, and budget objectives.Foster strong relationships with hotel operations, understanding their needs to ensure IT services and projects support and enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the delivery of IT services and projects.Drive the adoption of best practices in project management and IT service management within the team and across the organization.Develop and manage IT service and project management, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.Lead digital transformation initiatives in the hospitality sector, aligning IT projects with business strategy to drive innovation and competitiveness.Serve as a key member of the IT team, contributing to the overall IT strategy and direction of the organization.Collaborate with the Arrow Group's central IT team to align standards, procedures, and policies. Align priorities and dependencies with the central IT team.Requirements:Degree in computer science recommended.A minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience in IT service and project management, specifically within the hospitality industry.Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing IT teams and large-scale projects in hotel, golf, and sports settings.In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).Previous experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within the hospitality sector.Preferential experience within Hospitality software such as Host and Opera and the ERP Primavera.Experience in Infrastructure and Cybersecurity recommended.Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in managing budgets, resources, and timelines to meet organizational goals.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.Fluent in English and Portuguese.Local and ScheduleAlgarve#J-18808-Ljbffr
