And what we really want is to add value to customers' projects.Responsibilities:Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers.Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms.Analysis and selection of CV's.Phone surveys when necessary.Sourcing candidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks.Performing and conducting interviews with candidates.Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.Requirements:At least 1 year's experience in Recruitment and Selection or similarPrevious experience in recruiting IT profiles (not mandatory)Be a dynamic person with good communication skills.A team player with a spirit of collaboration.A person with a good working attitude and commitment.Be results-oriented.Speak English.If you are interested please send your CV to : ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
