IT Program Management for large scale & strategic digital transformation programs.Open platform for IT Project Manager to facilitate interactions of Project Managers and foster knowledge exchange in a project manager ecosystem.Deliver & further develop the IT Project Management methodology (PM@IT) including classical waterfall and agile methodologies (SCRUM, Safe agile framework).Coaching on the project and mentoring of project managers.Strategic Advisory Partner for Siemens Businesses, IT Leadership team and IT Strategy for setup, planning & implementation of strategic IT programs. What will be your Tasks? Support Project Management Office (PMO) of one IT projectProject manager assistant tasks for large IT projectClaim management and mediationSupplier and internal invoice controllingProject, contract, and customer support managementHandling of all types of project complaints (service, invoicing, defects)Enhance and support IT Project Management MethodologyData Analytics for IT Project management Reporting Defining Project structure plans (WBS structures)Implementing Project capacity managementSupporting Siemens IT Project Management Community platformOrganizing and prioritizing project tasks and backlogsSupporting IT Transformation in the area of Siemens as-a -Service Business (Siemens Businesses).Your qualifications and skills you bring in: The basis of your success is a bachelor degree in administration or equivalent with several years of work experience.You are an experienced in project management with intercultural and international collaboration.Able to communicate professionally ith Suppliers, Partners, and Customers.Implementation and support of operational software for road transport departments.Bring skills in data analytics tools and reporting tools for project management.You have advanced communication and motivation skills.You have a well-structured way of thinking and working and a Getting things done attitude.Fluent English and German, additional languages round off your profile.
