If you're willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow's cleaner and smarter mobility, Faurecia is the place to be.Our Local IT Department is looking for a IT Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal).The Main missions:Provide IT support in various domains (collaborative tools; access to applications; Email; security applications, hardware, etc.);Recording occurrences in order to maintain control on the quality of support;Management and resolution of Incidents and Requests through ticketing tools;Collaborate in functional support tasks to applications in various domains such as purchasing, finance, IT, sales or production;Managing accesses to various applications;Support in the elaboration of technical processes and respective documentation;Skills and Know-how:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.Willing to join a multidisciplinary team;Willing to learn and apply the latest user support techniques;Ability to communicate in English.Faurecia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
