We are looking for a IT Functional Analyst /Business Partner Analyst to join our Business Partner Customer Team at BIT. Reporting to the Area Manager, the IT Functional Analyst/ Business Partner Analyst's mission is to lead the retail digital transformation, by understanding the business context evolution, the retail industry and the way technology is disrupting and may disrupt our businesses. Working closely with several areas of the company, he/she will be a change agent through business empowered technology initiatives, both in front end (site or app) or back end solutions. WHAT WILL MAKE YOUR DAY… Working closely with Customer team – Loyalty, Customer, Brand& Marketing, Digital, Retail Media and Ecosystem studying and understanding the Retail and IT industries, the business challenges and the customer needs and behaviors; Ability to develop specific requirements to serve as the build-to specification for development; Influencing and managing development priorities; Managing relationships and expectations; Assists management in identifying opportunities to improve business operations and the overall digital experience; Documents currentstate, recommendations for future state; Understanding theIT solutions that support this business area and its usage; Developing and arguing on business cases for the most relevant features. WHAT MAKES YOU THE ONE… Education in Information Systems, Management or related field; Experience working as a product owner, project manager or related jobs; Structured, with analytical and conceptual capabilities; Familiar with User Experience; Work experience in agile methodology.
