About the RoleIn this position as an IT Business Analyst - SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) you will serve as the channel between the customer (business users) community and the solution development teams. This position is part of
an international global team and will support the delivery of the necessary technology services to our business units. This means that apart from the functional competence you need excellent communication skills and you
should work well in a team.

What You Will DoContinuously review existing business processes in collaboration with the business units, propose and realize process optimizationFacilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies and their goalsSupport development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization processSupport implementation of to-be processes, prepare training documentation and conduct training deliveryBreakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resourcesContribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organizationProvide expert support of specific, approved local applicationsParticipate in national and international projectsWho You AreUniversity degree in computer science, management information systems, or related disciplineMore than four years of experience in IT development (application Architect or Tech lead) and or business analysis for Financial and Controlling areaProven knowledge in SAP FICO processes, preferably S/4, in depth knowledge in Product Costing, SAP SAC and/or Accounting & ReportingExperience with EDI and interfacesVery good business process knowledgeKnowledge in interface modeling, process and information designExperience in conceptional work and basic skills in project managementGood Intercultural communication and presentation skillsFluent in English, both written and oralAbility to travelWhat We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.
