It Business Analyst

Our IT Department is looking for an IT Business Analyst who will have the following responsibilities: • Identify, collect, and challenge all IT needs & initiatives of the Business Line;• Ensure coordination between Business Line needs & Global IS;• Align with the head of the Business Line the priorities and the follow-up of the dedicated digital roadmap;• Challenge business line's managers to develop IT awareness on key subjects (security, data, cloud, AI);• Understand the business needs, vision/ strategy, and roadmap;• Follow IT budget & workload for the Business Line;• Develop technological watch to better support business growth;• Coordinate & manage business lines' projects.QUALIFICATIONS:The ideal candidate will have/ be:• Graduation;• Project Management experience (preferred);• Business knowledge (depending on the scope of work);• Work easily with different profiles from IT, internal and external;• English proficiency;• Portuguese domain (preferred).Key Skills:• Rigor, organization, strong commitment, and involvement;• At ease with Business Lines activities;• Will know how to adapt his/ her communication;• Ability to describe activities through processes;• Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities;• Ability to take the best from quick wins approach & long-term one;• Flexible, energetic, and confident person;• Strong documentation capabilities;• Comfortable to work in a high autonomy and as a team player.
