Responsible for the integrated quality management system (IQMS) according to the applicable ISO standards. This function is based in our Portuguese entity in Viana do Castelo where you will be part of the local team.Responsibilities :Coordinate and lead a positive HSE culture and behaviour across the local team, being pro-active in all HSE matters.Develop an awareness safety behaviour program, setting the pace and leading by example.Support the local activities, from a HSE point of view, such as fiberglass composite manufacturing, integration (machine assembly), service (onshore and offshore), and any local marine operations (surveys, moorings, etc.).Lead the local implementation of an integrated safety management system.Coordinate, prepare and implement general and specific HSE procedures and plans, collect HSE data for statistics and key performance indicators at the end of each defined period.Monitor and coordinate the HSE performance of all local entity activities.Ensure the HSE system benefits from the lessons learned approach and is continuously improved to mitigate risk and promote safety.Act as the lead coordinator with worksite deployed subcontractors HSE personnel.Enforce that a risk management process is applied to all major local activities.Design and/or participate in emergency exercises/drills.Work with external consultants on ISO and HSE to build and/or improve both systems.Develop and control all HSE and ISO related documentation (quality manual, procedures, etc.).Coordinate and manage all external ISO audits to the Portuguese entity certification scope.Conduct internal audits to the local IQMS identifying gaps and outlining improvements.Train local employees on ISO and own any other responsibilities related to ISO system.Skills :At least 3 years of ISO and IQMS implementation and control, in manufacturing, assembly and service environments.Significative formal IQMS and HSE academic certification or training (initial or post-graduation).Experience in manufacturing, assembly, service or operations environments of entities with headquarters not in Portugal.Qualified (preferred) or/and experienced ISO auditor.Qualified or trained in HSE incident/accident investigation.Expected to have or able to obtain offshore HSE training.Knowledge of broad HSE requirements from: fiberglass composite manufacturing processes (chemical), marine, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, 9001 and any extra specific regulatory requirements is highly appreciated.Proficient in English, both spoken and written.Experienced user of the MS Office suite of apps and some CAD proficiency will be a plus.As a person :you are striving for excellence and put quality into everything you do.you love to learn new things and take pride in constantly developing your skills.you always searching for the most simple and elegant solutions to difficult problems.you are persistent, knowing it takes stamina to reach ambitious goals.you are data driven and strive to always back your points with a solid analysis.you are outspoken and like to interact with colleagues, partners, and suppliers.Benefits include :5 extra days of vacation.Meal allowanced (max non-taxable amount).Company cell phone and laptop.#J-18808-Ljbffr
