Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position: Investment Analyst Location: WARSAW Responsibilities Supporting Deputy CIO as part of the Investment Office, while executing tasks related to evaluation of investment projects related to renewable assets (utility-scale PV, BESS, hybrid projects), as well M&A in Poland and abroad (currently targeting Western Europe and the CEE region);Creating and maintaining tools and financial models;Preparing Investment Papers, financial models, and other materials for the Group's Investment Committee;Preparation of reports and calculations concerning bank financing and preparation of other financial and market analyses;Ongoing cooperation with project teams and other R.Power departments as well as banks and external advisors.Requirements Practical knowledge of MS Excel, good understanding of topics related to corporate finance and valuation;Experience gained in financial advisory departments (Big4, investment boutiques), corporate banking or investment banking;Very good knowledge of English;Communication skills and ability to establish relations with colleagues;Analytical skills;Organizational skills, very good organization of work;Commitment and independence;Ability to work under time pressure.We offer Participation in the project finance and M&A transaction in the dynamic renewables sector in Poland and abroad;Work on interesting investment projects in a professional, energetic team;Opportunity to gain professional experience in a flat structure under the guidance of people with extensive and diverse business and financial experience;Opportunity for development in the promising photovoltaic industry;Attractive employee benefits package;Non-work activities.
