The Position Global Learning Delivery, Instructional Designer
Responsibilities Use Articulate Storyline and other multimedia authoring tools to develop interactive e-learning modules, simulations, and assessmentsCollaborate with the instructional design team(s) to ensure consistency and coherence in instructional approaches and design standards.Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to translate technical content into clear and engaging e-learning experiences.Design visually compelling graphics, animations, and interactive elements within Articulate Storyline to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.Evaluate and troubleshoot technical issues related to Articulate Storyline development, providing solutions and recommendations as needed.Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and accessibility of Articulate Storyline projects across different environments and devices.Stay updated on the latest features, capabilities, and best practices in Articulate Storyline development to enhance the quality and effectiveness of e-learning content.Required Education, Experience, and Skills Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, Organizational Psychology or another relevant field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.MS or MBA preferred.Proven experience in instructional design and multimedia development, with a focus on digital learning materials.Proficiency in Articulate Storyline or similar e-learning authoring tools.Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning assessment techniques.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Proficiency in English and Portuguese (other languages valued).Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise software platforms.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.Knowledge of graphic design principles and multimedia production techniques.Certification in instructional design or e-learning development (e.g., ATD, eLearning Guild).Secondary Job Description Who We Are: Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
