We are the excellent partner of the HoReCa channel.Job DescriptionProcure goods and services not intended for resale (OPEX and CAPEX) but essential for business operations, such as office supplies, equipment, marketing, HR or maintenance services …Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and evaluating vendor performance.Conduct cost analysis and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize procurement processes.Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.Develop and implement procurement policies according to the Metro guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with finance departments to identify the savings potential and ensure follow up + resolve potential litigations.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to understand requirements and address concerns promptly.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Management or similar field.Skilled in negotiating contracts, evaluating suppliers performance, and implementing cost-saving strategies.Proficient in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.Advanced proficiency in English.Proficiency in tools such as MMS, UFM, MDW, and Microsoft Office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
