Your tasks Are you looking to move from 2nd level support to an interesting area of responsibility with flexible working hours and 80% home office? Then this could be your new role: You will support the introduction of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) software (administration, optimization and subsequent further development). You advise the specialist departments and application managers on IAM topics, including user support and process optimization You create and update the authorization documentation (e.g. individual authorization concepts, role concepts, etc.) in cooperation with the specialist departments. You introduce new applications and maintain existing programs / role models in the IAM solution You carry out regular checks (e.g. recertification) to ensure process and data quality.
