TasksOur clients' main mission is to contribute to the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the ERP Delivery Center.

Our clients` target: Deliver the strategy and governance for the SAP Business Intelligence landscape in Airbus Defence and SpaceProvide a centralized core BI development team, with subcontracting and offshoring support if neededEnsure delivery of all BI projects within agreed budget and timeframeThey are looking for BI developers taking part in the major transformation projects of Airbus Defence and Space, capable of going through and learning new technologies according to the speed of change of the digital arena. Act as IM focal point and BI expert for all the Reporting requirements, ensuring servicequality and end users satisfactionBe the responsible person for BI projectsDevelop BI solutions to satisfy business requirements following the development golden rulesProvide End to End solutions focused on business outcome and User ExperienceLeverage of technical trends and new technological possibilities (state of the art). Be part of the team that analyze and decide the BI tools that will be used.Deliver business value through continuous innovation on an international scaleAdapt rapidly in an evolving environment through multifunctional and international teamsAnalyze business requirements and translate them into IM solutionsEnsure seamless integration of new tools and/or changes in the existing application landscape. Continuously work on further simplification and consolidation of this landscapeProvide specialist advice where appropriate for the Scoping, Development, Deployment/Implementation, Change Management, Application Maintenance and Evolution of relevant BI Information SystemsCoordinate the communication with other IM areasLead the change management activities after the deployment of any new toolManage and deliver projects (OTOQOC) in an agile way to implement new functionalities based on the business processesManage subcontractor resourcesRequirementsExcellent communication skills as required to engage customer on requirements and deliveryAble to work proactively with all the stakeholders upon understanding the end to end project life cycle in a collaborative mannerThe ability to work to strict timescales as part of an integrated, multidiscipline teamProactive and decision makingGood problem solving and analytical skillsAt least 4 years of experience in the required domainTechnical knowledge in BW and deep experience in BW developments (both with BW On HANA and BW4HANA) is mandatoryTechnical knowledge in BO tools: experience in BW and BO reporting tools (Lumira, Analysis for Office) is mandatory. BO Administrative skills are desirableExperience on SACExperience on BPC projectsTechnical knowledge in UI5 and Fiori is desirableEnglish: At least advanced level required.
