Human Resources Director

We are developing 3 large-scale projects in Lisbon and Comporta regions, with c. 570k sqm of combined buildable area and over €3 billion of gross development value. You will be working in a relaxed and friendly environment with engaging and dynamic challenges.Main Tasks/Functions:Develop and implement HR strategies;Ensuring the management of human resources, guaranteeing ease in recruitment and selection processes, benefits management, performance evaluation and training;Identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimising HR processes, as well as ensuring their implementation;Ensure compliance with current legislation, practices and policies;Implement human resources indicators to support decision making; Successful Applicant:Qualifications:Degree in human resources management or similar;At least 5 years' experience in a similar role;Solid knowledge of labor law;Skills:Agility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;Ability to adapt;Proactivity and focus on problem solving;Good interpersonal skills Main Conditions:Location:Type:Full-time, fully office based;Salary and Benefits:Competitive salary according to experience, health insurance, professional development opportunities. share Reply to this offer
