About This Job

Responsibilities
Within the client groups you support, you will need to:
Act as a key partner and trusted coach, understand business strategy and how it relates to our talent strategy and prioritiesCreate value for our company through your functional expertise in Human ResourcesWork with local leaders on employee relations issuesWork closely with our HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) who are your experts and partners in compensation, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, recruitment, and HR administrationAct as an agent of change for our clients but also for our HR organizationLead the annual planning and review process for performance and incentivesShape the employee experience by driving engagement and retention initiatives
Qualifications
At least 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a generalist HR role (including internships and work-study programs)Experience working with diverse client groups and teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced and international environmentExcellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
