What you will enjoy doing You will act as the main link with the Regional HR Super Users to provide requested information and to follow-up on project progress during the development & roll out phases Furthermore, you'll provide ongoing support related to HR functionality to Country HR Users and to Linde Service Portal Users in the country post-implementationAudit and cleanse the data maintained in SAP HR system related to employees and to Organizational structure of the CountrySupport during the global Compensation Processes for defined countriesYou will provide monthly reports related to HR to StakeholdersAnswer to the various requests of support (creating and maintaining employees information in SAPHRON, answer to queries and questions regarding that same system) What makes you great Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Law or relatedYou have at least 3years of experience as HR SAP Master Data and Maintenance (mandatory)Experience in LMS, Elevate, or similar HR functionality is a plusYou are experienced has HR in an HR Shared Service Centre (plus)You speak English at C1 level - other languages are a plusExcellent communication, collaboration between the different departments and strong analytical skills Why you will love working with us At Linde we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
