Your mission will be…You will work closely with the Service DeliveryManagers of Hire-to-Retire and its enabling functions such as DeliveryManagement (DM), Operational Quality Control (OQC), and RIC.You will facilitate design and deployment of risk& internal control systems to meet relevant internal and legal regulations.Review processes to ensure risks are identified, andappropriate controls are designed.Carry RIC consulting and assessments.Coordinate internal & external assessment ofcontrols.Support Risk and Internal Control Review Meetings.Conduct RIC awareness sessions and minimize controldeficiencies.We are lookingfor someone with…Bachelor's or Master's degreein Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of provenexperience in risk management, compliance, or internal control roles.Solid knowledge of internaland legal practices and regulations related to risk management and internalcontrol.Excellent communication,interpersonal, and collaboration skills.Proficient in English.Knowledge of Human Resourcesprocesses, especially in the Hire-to-Retire area, would be a plus.What you can expect from us…A hybrid andflexible working model to promote a better work-life balance, along with abudget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year ofvolunteer work.
