About The Role
We are looking for an HR Operations Associate. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in coordinating the schedules of our service providers, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the smooth functioning of our HR operations.
As an HR Operations Associate, you will:
Execute analysis and action plans to optimise resource allocation and ensure effeciencyCoordinate hours distribution and schedulesSupport senior team members in identifying areas for operational improvementSupport the implementation of strategies to enhance efficiency and streamline processesParticipate in the recruitment process for new professionals, including assisting with candidate sourcing and initial screeningsProvide support during the onboarding process for new hires, assisting with administrative tasks and documentationAid in maintaining regular communication with service providers, gathering feedback, and addressing inquiriesAssist in organising informative sessions and updates for service providersSupport Team Coordinators in developing and refining processes related to scheduling, onboarding, and service deliveryCollaborate with team members to develop onboarding materials and resources for new hires
About You
To be considered for this role, here are the skills we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related fieldStrong willingness to learn and grow in the HR and operations management fieldExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficiency in English
