Responsibilities :
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels to conducting interviews and extending job offers. Support HR Functions: Provide comprehensive support across all HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR policy adherence. Team-Specific Engagement Activities. HR Branding Activities: Contribute to building and enhancing the organization's employer brand through various initiatives, including social media engagement, employer branding campaigns, and participation in relevant industry events. Address Team Members' Queries: Serve as a point of contact for team members' HR-related inquiries, with a focus on understanding and addressing the unique needs of the remote distributed team. Proactive Approach to Team Concerns: Take a proactive stance in identifying and addressing potential issues or concerns within the team. Internal Events Planning and Execution: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to plan and execute internal events aimed at fostering team cohesion, professional development, and employee engagement. Travel Coordination: Facilitate travel arrangements for team members, ensuring smooth logistics and compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Requirements :
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a focus on supporting multicultural teams. Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration. Experience in event planning and coordination is preferred.
