We are looking for an HR Digital Specialist to join our HR Services team in Airbus Portugal!
Responsibilities - your mission You will be supporting the WorkdayTalent department. You will be responsible to:
Prepare the executions of the HR campaigns that compose Airbus HR People tempo notably: Performance and Goals, Competence Assessments, Development Talks and Team reviews:
Eligibility rules updates
Coordination with the respective HR departments incl. Comms and Change to ensure a fluid flow of communications towards the various actors (employees, managers, HR partners…)
Templates reviews and other changes
Execute the campaigns Launch of the various steps of campaigns in the tool Workday
Notifications and reminders at key steps of the campaigns
Surveillance plan to secure that key controls are in place and monitored
Reassignment of tasks in case of management chain changes
Monitor Monitor the overall performance and effectiveness of the HR solutions including processes and tools and Provide KPIs and ad hoc analysis
Contribute to Return of Experience sessions and make recommendation for improvements
Liaise regularly with HR Communications and Change in order to align on key messages and proper updates of tool notifications

Knowledge on Workday Talent is a strong plus
Google Suite tools knowledge is a plus
