Adecco Recruitment is recruiting for a prestigious client in the Utillities sector that is currently looking for an HR Business Partner/ HR Director (M/F) to join its team.ResponsibilitiesAccompanies changes processes for Leaders, teams and/or organisations;Supports Line Manager in achieving their development goals and developing their leadership skills;Supports Teams in improving their performance or defining and implementing a new culture/ new way of working;Supports the development of an organisation/ the development of a new Culture diversity and inclusion;Supports the design of organisations;Supports locally the definition & implementation of the people agenda strategy and the strategy of the respective division/country together with the GM, the division Head and Head HR Trading & Sales;Supports HR Admin in non standard request;Supports LM in disciplinary actions.RequirementsDiploma in Economics, Law or similar (Mandatory);Negotiation and facilitation skills, resilience, self-confidence etc. (see competency framework for HR BP);Knowledge in Microsoft office, basic SAP knowledge, digitally savvy (Preferred);English professional level (Mandatory);Availability to travel between districts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
