Business Partnering: Partner with Head of Sales, Area Managers, Digital Customer Managers, and Customer Managers in both operational and HR capacities, fostering the development of leadership and commercial teams. Collaborate in the design and development of HR Strategy, Policies, and Procedures, in conjunction with HR specialists, ensuring alignment of ways of working. Learning & Development Provide support in identifying and addressing the specific training needs of the Sales Force, ensuring alignment with organizational objective. Measure and analyze the impact of Sales Force Training Academy program, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. Onboarding and Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of new employees through Onboarding and the facilitation of integration plans defined by leadership. Support the execution of DRH strategy within Sales teams, promoting the sharing of best practices and ensuring coherence and consistency in implementation in accordance with prevailing labor legislation. Identify and nurture Talent to ensure an internal succession pipeline within the Sales Force, overseeing Recruitment processes, Assessments, and providing constructive feedback. Performance Management: Monitor the Annual Performance Evaluation process in the Sales Force, ensuring adherence to timelines, and assisting Leadership in crafting and overseeing team Development Plans. Foster close relationships with Sales Force employees, acting as a mediator in conflict management and resolution. HR Metrics and Analysis: Track HR indicators and collaborate with Leadership to develop action plans, providing analytical insights and recommendations, and assuming an influential role in decision-making processes. Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, HR, or a related field. Experience in similar roles within HR and Business Partnering.- Strong understanding of labor legislation and its application in the workplace. Demonstrated expertise in Talent Management, Recruitment, and Performance Evaluation processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective conflict resolution. Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Understanding of FMCG retail industry dynamics and trends. Good level of English language. Proven track record of driving organizational change and transformation initiatives. Availability to travel within Portugal - multilocation reality.
