Joining team.blue at this time gives you the unique opportunity to help shape your role and organisation together with our international HR team.Whilst you do not need to be an expert in our markets, we do expect you to have a solid understanding of HR practices and processes so you can shape the execution of the HR strategy in Portugal. You will therefore also lead in coordinating key HR projects and improvements as the main contact person for internal & external parties and for senior country and group leadership.You will manage local HR generalists, indirectly managing Group recruiter, sourcing team and work closely with the wider people community on the HR agenda. You will also be collaborating and helping on core projects such as leadership and people development, our performance review cycle, country specific benefits & policies and employee engagement.Key responsibilities :• Define and execute the annual HR plan aligned with the Group HR strategy.• Ensure proper appliance of HR policies.• Provide asked and unasked advice and guidance.• Provide advice and partnering on organizational development activities.• Manage workforce planning, including recruitment and employee development.• Ensure relevant analytics and reporting.• Occasional travel to different locations in Portugal or within Europe.Required skills, competencies, and experience :• Master level with at least 5 years relevant experience in an international fast pace matrix environment.• Excellent English and Portuguese written and verbal skills.• Organizational sensitive, excellent communication skills, independent but knowing when to align.• Excellent project & change management skills, problem solving & relationship building skills.Working hours :Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
