Then Emma is the right place for you.What you'll do:You will be a strategic partner to team leads serving as their primary point of contact for all matters related to the employee lifecycleYou gain a deep understanding of both people and business needs through the relationships you cultivate with your teams. You transform this understanding into actionable insights and actively participate in P&O projects aimed at addressing these needs.You will consult and coach team leads on talent development, team engagement, retention, and team leadership.
