Descrição do emprego Our Mission As Housekeeping Manager you will manage and coordinate a team of housekeepers so that the service is provided smoothly and quickly, with quality, anticipation and attention to detail; Ensure that the Team is punctual; Ensure that the Team is always properly uniformed and identified; Ensure, in accordance with the Hotel's guidelines and standards, that the rooms are cleaned in a timely manner, taking into account the daily check-ins; Ensuring that common areas are constantly clean; Ensuring that supplies and consumables are replenished in the rooms and public areas; Stock management; Contact with suppliers; Coordinating needs with other Hotel teams, namely the Maintenance Team, Laundry and others appropriate to each situation; Meeting urgent logistical and customer needs; Managing Lost and Found issues; Good team spirit and collaboration; Working with management to improve the customer experience. Experience in the position is essential to meet these requirements.
