A growing company with a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to providing excellent customer service.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Global Mobility Manager (M/F) to join the Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the relocation process for clients, from start to finish. As the company is growing, you will also have the opportunity to manage a team and support the expansion process of the brand.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the relocation process- Manage the relocation process, including visa and immigration assistance, housing search, and settling-in support- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their relocation- Ensure that all client data is accurate and up-to-date in our system- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for changesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Living in Portugal - mandatory- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relocation management - mandatory- Experience in managing relocation processes to Portugal (inbound) - mandatory- Experience in relocation processes outside Portugal (outbound) - nice to have- Experience in team management or ambition to be a team leader - mandatory- Fluency in English - mandatoryIf you are passionate about helping people relocate to Portugal and have the skills and experience required for this role, we encourage you to apply.
