What you'll do:Develop and implement comprehensive sales and operations planning strategies to optimize efficiency and meet business objectives.Lead a big team of planning professionals, providingguidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Oversee demand planning processes, ensuring accurate forecasting to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.Manage supply planning to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and resources.Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align planning strategies with overall business goals.Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments to adapt planning strategies accordingly.Implement and improve planning systems and tools to enhance departmental effectiveness.Who we are looking for:University Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or a related subject. MBA preferred.More than 10years of experience in planning, with a focus on sales and operations planning, demand, and supply planning, with at least 3 in a leadership role.You are customer-oriented, have strong communication skills and a good Stakeholder Management.You have a proven track record of developing and managing high performance teamsYou are a self-starter, have a quick grasp and an analytical approach to tasks and problems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.You have an independent and structured way of working and think process-oriented.You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.What we offer:Emma is transforming the world of sleep-and we want the highest performing people to help us pull it off.
