Established in 2012, out of Zurich, Nezasa was started by a group of enthusiastic travellers (with some solid IT skills) who had an innovative idea to simplify travel. Their goal was to develop a technology that would shed the limitations of traditional travel by creating a tool that makes travel experiences more attractive, flexible and convenient. The company initially sold travel packages directly to travellers and became a business to business (B2B) company in 2014. Since then, Nezasa has provided the travel industry with outstanding itinerary generating technology drawing from a robust partner network that offers great products. We- focussed in July 2023 and are on a mission to break even in 2024 and then on to 10M ARR. The roleTo ensure we attract, develop and keep the best people to bring us to our goalsTo manage the working environment and maintain a structure that maximises efficiency and complies to the relevant frameworks. ResponsibilitiesTogether with your team and external partners, you will be responsible for the following areas. Human ResourcesLead all HR and people operations topics including recruitment, people onboarding and offboarding, and talent developmentEnsure a good working environment, team collaboration and employee happinessOrganise- internal eventsInfrastructureManage the infrastructure in Nezasas locations in Lisbon and ZurichManage the digital workplace such as software tools, laptops and other equipmentProcesses and ComplianceEnsure proper diligence in the procurement of software, services and other goodsManage legal and compliance related processes, including contract management, data protection and external certifications such as ISO 27001Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed across the businessCompetenciesLeadership experience in a software or SaaS environmentExperience of a small company or startup environment and comfortable with change and growthCapability to operate in an international, English-speaking environment with teams in more than one locationStrong organisational skills, structured approachAbility to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus buildingDemonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvementStrong execution focus and a- driven, 'get things done' mentalityReports ToCOODirect ReportsPeople Operations Specialist - Lisbon (after 6 months)You can find out more about how it is like to work for Nezasa and what we offer on our Careers Page.
