col-wideJob Description:Job DescriptionRole and Responsibilities:As Head of Maintenance (M/F), you will report to the Hotel Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the coordination, execution and supervision of the team and the corrective, preventive and energy control maintenance service, ensuring effective technical management and the preservation of infrastructure of the hotel in the different areas according to the defined procedures in order to guarantee the correct functioning of the unit and provide a quality service that exceeds the customer's expectations.QualificationsWE LOOK FOR CANDIDATES WITH:. Professional experience in similar roles. 4 or 5 star hotels (preferred). Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, electromechanics, HVAC, sound and video.
