DescriçãoExciting Opportunity in the Legal Field!Step into a pivotal role as Head of Legal at a biotechnology company, driving legal strategy and innovation in a rapidly evolving industry.Responsabilidades- Liaise with outside counsel particularly in the areas of corporate law and intellectual property;- Negotiate customer and partnership agreements;-Stay updated on changes in Portuguese laws, regulations, and industry practices;- Advise internal stakeholders on compliance requirements and develop strategies to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations;- Build communication and awareness applicable policies, including the Code of Conduct & Business Ethics.- Enforce and enhance controls throughout the business, including business controls;- Assess and improve controls, policies and procedures;- Collaborate across all lines of business, including country based legal counsels, human resources, finance, business operations and other stakeholders to execute on programmatic initiatives and/or remedial measures, and to ensure such measures are promptly implemented.Requisitos- Degree in Law;- 4 years experience, preferably in commercial/corporate law;- Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken(mandatory);- International experience (valued);- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with the ability to manage and foster key stakeholder relationships and collaborate with teams across the business;- Problem-solving skills, strong dynamism and proactivity;- Reporting directly to the CEO.Porto, PortugalClan by Multipessoal#J-18808-Ljbffr
