What you'll do:Create, own and execute the fulfilment strategy aligned with business objectives, providing direction for third-party logistics, reverse logistics, and last miledelivery.Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Establish and maintain quality control measures for fulfilment operations, ensuringcompliance with industry regulations and standards.Monitorpartner's performance and improve it according to the quality, cost and service-related targets.Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience in the last mile delivery process, addressing customer concerns and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Manage the fulfilment budget effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing initiatives to optimize operational costs without compromising service quality.Who we are looking for:University Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or a related subject. MBA preferred.At least 8 years of experience in supply chain or operations roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.You are customer-oriented, have strong communication skills and a good Stakeholder Management.You have a proven track record of developing and managing high performance teamsYou are a self-starter, have a quick grasp and an analytical approach to tasks and problems.You are conceptually strong and have a can do-mentality.You have an independent and structured way of working and think process-oriented.You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.What we offer:Emma is transforming the world of sleep-and we want the highest performing people to help us pull it off.
