Sobre o nosso cliente Multinational Company DescriçãoOversee the structuring of financing of the Group.Will Manage a High Yield Bond undertakings, Reporting, covenants, quarterly updates.Will manage the ongoing rating of the company.Prepares presentations for lenders, lessors, and rating agencies.Monitors and optimizes cash flow and financial performance of the organisation.Negotiates financial contracts, such as leases and loans.Manages loan documentation including covenants and the follow up of undertakings.Anticipates leverage and covenants.Helps the CFO with raising financing, liaising with investors.Will help with the preparation of an IPO during the Q3, including Investors Relation tasks. Perfil idealBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. Master preferred. International experience is a must.International Capital Market Raising experience required. Fluent English and Portuguese. Experience in Investors Relations would be a plus.8+ years of experience in corporate finance including experience in banking and treasury management.Advanced knowledge of financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and valuation techniques Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Vantagens great professional opportunity #LI-DNP #J-18808-Ljbffr
