In this multifaceted role, you will lead the definition and execution of the Corporate IT department's strategy, act as a Team Leader for Integration Capabilities, increase reusability of IT Backbone for Integration enabling data exchange in Siemens Ecosystem and incorporate sustainability considerations into all aspects of the role. Within the corporate IT team, the multifaceted role responsibilities are:IT APS EIS Strategy: Support defining the strategic vision and direction for the IT department IT APS EIS, aligning it with the company's overall objectives and goals. IT APS EIS Integration Strategy: Lead the Definition and Keep the Integration Strategy on all Integration Domains up to date and lead the Integration CommunityIT APS EIS Industrial Metaverse: Define future Initiatives to support Businesses with Services e. g. XR/VR and other related technical capabilities. Execution: Ensure the successful execution of IT APS EIS strategies and initiatives, working closely with functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. Execution: Managing IT APS EIS Portfolio Elements such as EDI and other Integration ServicesProject Management: Act as a project manager for scale IT APS EIS projects, overseeing project planning, resource allocation, and successful delivery. Sustainability: Integrate sustainability principles into IT APS EIS Teams, strategies and projects, focusing on environmental and social responsibility. Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders to drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in IT APS EIS operations, products, and services. Reporting: Evaluate and report on the environmental and social impacts of IT activities, providing insights to support sustainability goals. People: Lead the Team IT APS E& C, Leading an international team, develop team members, work with IT FIN and service owner on capacity planning, Budget and implement OPW MeasurersLeading external partners to support our offering ensuring alle aspects of an efficient provider performance managementQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in IT operation, project management, and sustainability roles. Experience in Launching of new Services in a global environment. Project management certification (e. g., PMP) is a plus
