The RoleThe Head of Business Process Excellence EMEA Hub (f/m/x) shall lead and manage overall responsibility for SAP S/4 HANA developments of all legal entities in Fit4 EMEA region, coordinate and supervise multiple related resources, drive key- making to support the- quality of Fit4 project implementation. Key ResponsibilitiesAssume overall responsibility for SAP S/4HANA deployments within Fit4 EMEA hubCoordinate and supervise multiple teams and act as sparring partner for business project managers of multiple deployment projectsDrive communication with key executive stakeholders and manage progress reporting and escalations to business program leadDrive- making on key design aspects and ensure template governance within the hubIdentify, escalate/mitigate, and resolve- related issues & risks within the hubDefine and install measures and processes to ensure quality of deliverablesYour Profil:Master's degree in business administration, project management or equal studiesAt least 8 years of professional project management experience with a focus on (large-scale) business transformations, ideally in SAP context and with a background in top management consultingSound understanding of common E2E business processes (e. g. , Lead-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce)Demonstrated leadership skills to manage (multiple) regional teamsExperience with steering external providers, system integrators or consultanciesAbility to manage relationships and communication with executive leadership levelExcellent organizational and analytical skillsYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:Galina Elsenhans, Nadine Hobler#J-18808-Ljbffr
