Job Title: Head Chef Salary: €3,400 per month + bonus Location: Albufeira, Portugal This modern and luxurious 5-star hotel located in Algarve is looking for a Head Chef to lead their kitchen brigade This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of this well-established hotel chain and make history together! Tasks : Promote team involvement, initiative, and focus on continuous improvement Produce high-quality plates both design and taste-wise In charge of 1 Food and Beverage outlets Ensure optimal productivity within the team, profitability , and excellent service standards of the dishes Assisting in the implementation of budgets and cost control Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately Leading the team members as a positive role model.
