Responsibilities You act as the team.blue group compliance officer. You contribute to the further establishment of the compliance framework. You steer the stakeholders in the different entities of team.blue. You enhance the overall compliance culture across our group. You report to the management team about your initiatives and how these impact team.blue. You keep an eye on regulatory and societal evolutions and estimate the impact for team.blue. You identify potential compliance risks and take the necessary initiatives to mitigate these. Skills and experience You find a good balance in between independent work (analytical) and convincing internal teams for your cause. You are pragmatic in the sense that you strive for an optimal way of implementing compliance principles within the company. You have 3-5 years of experience with compliance matters in a corporate or consultancy environment. You communicate well both verbally and orally which helps you spread the compliance message across the group. You have a can-do attitude which makes things happen. Topics such as conflicts of interest, anti-bribery and corruption, ESG and sanctions are familiar to you and you have proven experience in a number of these. Knowledge of the EU data regulatory framework (NIS2, Data Act, Digital Service Act...) is a nice-to-have. Knowledge of the EU financial regulatory framework (MIFID, PSDII, …) is a nice -to-have.
