About the role iCapital is seeking an [Analyst/Associate] to join its Global Platform Support team to administer updates to its digital alternative investment ecosystem as new funds, distributor relationships, and product enhancements are introduced. The role will support the upfront implementation, ongoing maintenance, and identification and application of custom features to meet the differentiated requirements of iCapital's customer base. Responsibilities will also include collaborating with the product's developers and engineers to diagnose and resolve moderate to highly complex technical queries, both external and internal, arising from the team's involvement in these activities. Responsibilities Support and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the functionality of all assigned iCapital digital properties.Collaborate with peers and senior members of the Global Platform Support team to manage and prioritize various project-related deliverables.Assist with updating team documentation (e.g. process guides) as new product solutions and enhancements emerge.Administer customer-specific settings and configurations within assigned digital properties.Help manage customer integrations (e.g., data feeds) with iCapital's digital properties.Synthesize customer feedback and partner with other departments to help optimize iCapital's digital offerings.May participate and/or lead customer demonstrations as enhancements or new solutions are introduced. Requirements Strong communication skills are essential, as the success of this position requires continual interaction with external partners, internal business and finance managers on a global basis and a client-friendly demeanor.Ability to prioritize assignments with excellent time management skills.Proven ability to work independently and as a team player.Technical expertise including comfort with spreadsheets, business intelligence tools and an understanding of databases (experience with SQL is a plus)Academic and/or professional qualification: B.Sc in computer or related fieldsFamiliarity with alternative investments is preferred.Motivated; detail oriented and must be able to independently solve problems.3+ years of work experience in business integration, project implementation or technologyExperience with technical platform integration in the Financial Services industry (analyzing system workflows and business process flows) is a plus.Ability to quickly learn new business operations, processes, and procedures with attention to details.
