Location: Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic or Hungary A Snapshot of Your Day As part of a wider HR transformation program and the spin-off of Siemens Energy from Siemens, the payroll operating model moving forward will be fully comprehensive, split between a professional HR BPO for zero to gross processing and managed payroll (gross to net) with industry leading payroll providers. We are looking for a Global Payroll Process Owner responsible for overseeing the overall end2end payroll process working alongside a global and diverse team of senior payroll leaders, global experts and external stakeholders ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose processes, governing end-to-end delivery in a timely and accurate manner.
