Organization SE CEO Business Unit Human Resources Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional Global Payroll Continuous Improvement Expert A Snapshot of Your Day As part of a wider HR transformation program and the spin-off of Siemens Energy from Siemens, the payroll operating model moving forward will be fully comprehensive, split between a professional HR BPO for zero to gross processing and managed payroll (gross to net) with industry leading payroll providers. We are looking for a Global Payroll Continuous Improvement Expert to play a key role in optimizing and improving the end-to-end payroll processes in a global scale, working alongside a global and diverse team of senior payroll leaders and specialists ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose processes, governing end-to-end delivery in a timely and accurate manner.
