You will work directly with managers on any workforce concerns, applying knowledge of HR processes and policies. You will collaborate with colleagues located in Global and Regional HR Centre and HR Services teams in other countries to resolve issues and identify sustainable solutions to enhance the employee experience and customer service. You will deliver sound generalist HR support, acting as a key point-of-contact and a trusted partner. You will work on projects/activities related to the business units people plans as determined by the HR Solutions Manager. You will deliver and execute HR processes in a uniform and efficient manner. You will support HRBP's with Performance Management, Reward, Employee Relations, Change Management, Compensation and Workforce Planning processes. You will provide workforce data and insights that inform decision making.
