You possess a deep understanding of your senior stakeholders' unique cybersecurity needs and work diligently to develop and implement customized strategies that align with their business objectives. Through your leadership and expertise, you help ensure the security and integrity of your organization's most valuable assets.How You'll Make an ImpactYou lead, motivate and develop a globally distributed team of approximately 10 employees who support Siemens Energy digital communities in various SE business units and functions, such as Information Technology and Enterprise Data & Advanced Analytics.You build trustful relationships and are a reliable partner to key stakeholders in supported digital communities.You understand your customers' business needs for Cybersecurity, develop customized strategies and drive the implementation, using an agile organization.You continuously drive innovation of cyber service offerings and create the future.You are a passionate ambassador cybersecurity and represent all aspects of Cybersecurity inside and outside the organization, e.g., customer meetings, conferences, workshops, etc.Your role will have visibility with senior and executive business leadership, and you'll have the ability to contribute as a thought and knowledge leader within the cybersecurity communityPlus you'll be expected to join external events with Siemens Energy customers and business partners as well as at conferences and in cybersecurity expert panelsWhat You BringUniversity degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.Proven track record in Cybersecurity and / or Information Technology and you are experienced in working with different functions and businesses.Experience in and are passionate about leading, mentoring and developing teams.You have experience in security threat analysis and security architecture blueprints for innovative digital technologies. You have good understanding of identifying and addressing the identified risks with key partners.You are energized by enabling and collaborating in global networks with multiple stakeholders and you are experienced in lateral leadership and agile methodologies.Being a role model of inclusivity, and you drive a culture of belonging in SE Cybersecurity.Curious learner, eager to develop yourself and to innovate the organisation.Phenomenal communicator and fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.About the TeamYou will be part of a global team that provides cybersecurity support services for all Siemens Energy Divisions and Functions as well as all seven Siemens Energy hubs.
