What you'll do:You will lead and set the strategy for Emma's global recruiting & employer branding teamsin Frankfurt, Manila & Lisbon to further improve Emma's position as one of the preferred employers in our target markets and to keep fostering our growthAs part of the People& Org senior leadership team, you will drive cross-team collaboration company-wide to internally strengthen the position of the Recruiting & Employer Branding team as well as the People & Org team in generalTogether with your team, you will review, improve and even disrupt the teams' internal processes, operational setup and connected strategies for increased productivity and excellence on a global scaleGuide a team of highly motivated young leaders and team members to drive initiatives in the organization.
