Role Overview:As a Remote German-Speaking Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our range of products and services within the manufacturing sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to thrive in a remote working environment. Key Responsibilities: Proactively prospect, identify, and engage with potential clients via telephone, email, and other communication channels. Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and requirements of prospective clients, and tailor sales pitches accordingly. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a results-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement. Qualifications: Fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to actively search for and pursue new business opportunities. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Benefits: Competitive salary range of 2700-3500 EUR per month, based on experience and qualifications.
